Position Summary The Senior Customer Service Representative serve as a primary point of contact for members, patients, providers, and third-party administrator (TPA) clients. Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to email inquiries, providing claim status updates, educating providers, communicating participation information, and resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience (healthcare/ health insurance experience).
• 3+ Experience supporting members, patients, providers, or healthcare clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including documenting customer interactions while actively engaged in conversations.
• Experienced in remote work environments with strong technical aptitude.
• Multiscreen navigation and ability to manage several applications at once.
• Microsoft Outlook and outlook (email management, scheduling) experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical terminology knowledge.
• Claims processing knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to effectively manage a high volume of phone and email interactions.
• Previous experience in a call center or healthcare customer service environment.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
