Key Responsibilities – Your Role as a Customer Solutions Specialist

As the frontline ambassador of brighthush’s green energy vision, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and retention. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

• Building rapport with customers, proactively addressing both business and personal needs to create a seamless experience.
• Educating customers on brighthush’s sustainability initiatives, renewable energy products, and the tangible benefits of green adoption.
• Providing in‑depth knowledge of our residential commodity and warranty markets, leveraging this expertise to drive sales and retention.
• Conducting consultative analyses to uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across all lines of business.
• Achieving and exceeding customer experience, retention, and sales targets while adhering to departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
• Navigating internal systems, procedures, and resources to resolve inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Assisting customers with new service setup, payment processing, and payment plan arrangements, handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
• Following up on unresolved inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction and alignment with internal standards.
• Taking on additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer‑facing experience, ideally in a sales or service environment.
