Role Overview
The Senior Customer Success Management Leader will report directly to the Director of Customer Success and will be a pivotal member of the Customer Success organization. In this role, you will build, lead, and scale a high‑performance team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who serve our Enterprise customers across EMEA and APJ. You will partner with cross‑functional leaders in Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to design and execute data‑driven strategies that drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
