For our client, we are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own post-sale client relationships and help ensure customers realize strong value from the organization's solutions. You will partner closely with clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to improve adoption, address concerns, and support long-term account growth. The position blends strategic relationship management with proactive problem-solving, health monitoring, and cross-functional advocacy in a healthcare environment. Location: Remote Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

Maintain deep knowledge of client industry and the company's product Consult with clients on product recommendations and training Engage with clients to ensure product value and functionality Track client success through engagement metrics Identify and grow upsell opportunities within assigned accounts Serve as an escalation point for customer issues Advocate for customer needs across departments Maintain regular communication with clients regarding operations Monitor client communication in CRM and customer success systems Proactively suggest solutions for potential client issues Lead internal customer health review meetings Support junior team members with escalated customer issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required 4-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable engaging with senior and C-Level management Motivated to improve healthcare efficiency and patient outcomes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Gainsight is a plus
