  • Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs—both in‑person and virtual—for client teams and internal stakeholders. Create user guides, webinars, and knowledge bases that simplify plan administration and compliance.
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross‑functional projects that span plan launches, amendments, and audits. Coordinate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Maintain deep expertise in IRC 409A, ERISA, and other relevant statutes. Proactively monitor regulatory changes and advise clients on necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze plan performance metrics, client usage data, and market trends to provide actionable insights. Prepare executive‑level dashboards and reports that inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent brighthush at industry conferences, webinars, and client events. Publish white papers and case studies that showcase best practices in NQDC plan administration.

  • At least 5 years of client relationship management, preferably within the benefits or financial services sector.
  • In‑depth knowledge of IRC 409A, ERISA, and related federal regulations governing NQDC plans.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver projects on schedule.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities—capable of translating technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non‑technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship.
