Senior Customer Success Operations Manager – brighthush AI Security & Governance Platform – Lead Data‑Driven Post‑Sales Excellence

Remote · Indonesia Full-time

About brighthush

brighthush is a trailblazing AI security and governance company that empowers enterprises to adopt artificial intelligence and large language models with confidence, control, and compliance. By delivering a unified platform that spans the entire AI lifecycle—from development to production and autonomous agents—brighthush is redefining how modern organizations protect their data, mitigate risk, and accelerate innovation. Our mission is to make AI safe, auditable, and trustworthy, and we do so by combining cutting‑edge technology, deep industry expertise, and a relentless focus on customer success.

Why Join brighthush?

At brighthush, you’ll be part of a high‑velocity, purpose‑driven team that is shaping a new category in the fast‑evolving AI security market. We value bold ideas, data‑driven decision making, and a culture of continuous learning. Whether you’re a seasoned operations professional or a recent graduate with a passion for customer success, you’ll find an environment that rewards initiative, encourages collaboration across global teams, and offers the autonomy to own impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Customer Success Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our post‑sales organization, ensuring that every customer interaction is efficient, data‑rich, and scalable. Your day‑to‑day work will involve:

  • Dashboard & Reporting Leadership – Own the design, development, and maintenance of the post‑sales dashboard that feeds leadership, board members, and customer‑facing teams. Ensure data accuracy, real‑time updates, and actionable insights.
  • Process & Playbook Standardization – Consolidate and templatize decks, playbooks, and SOPs currently duplicated across Technical Account Managers (TAMs). Create a single source of truth that is easy to adopt and continuously improved.
  • Automation & Efficiency Design – Identify manual bottlenecks in task tracking, QBR preparation, and renewal workflows. Build or champion automation solutions that reduce effort, increase reliability, and free up TAMs to focus on high‑value customer engagement.
  • Centralized Knowledge Hub – Build and maintain a centralized repository for all post‑sales content—decks, playbooks, process documents, and training materials—so that every team member can find the right resource at the right time.
  • Renewal & Revenue Tracking – Partner with TAMs to track renewal pipelines, forecast revenue, and report on key metrics. Provide insights that help the team close deals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Operational Gap Analysis – Work closely with TAMs, support staff, and leadership to surface operational gaps, prioritize fixes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Act as the connector who scopes technical builds (e.g., new dashboards, integrations) and brings the right internal partners on board, ensuring projects move from concept to delivery without delays.
  • Thought Leadership in RevOps – Stay current on best practices in post‑sales and revenue operations, and bring fresh ideas to the team as brighthush scales.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar post‑sales role.
  • Proven track record of building dashboards, decks, or playbooks that are adopted and used by the organization.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting renewals, upsells, and revenue‑adjacent reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Comfort operating autonomously, proposing solutions, and driving projects to completion without excessive escalation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity startup environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or a technical environment (not required but highly valued).
  • Experience with CRM and CSAT tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI or machine learning concepts, especially as they relate to security and governance.
  • Prior experience in a global, distributed team setting.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Workato, or similar) and data visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

Skills & Competencies

  • Data‑Driven Decision Making – Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and recommend strategic actions.
  • Process Engineering – Expertise in mapping, optimizing, and documenting processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Project Management – Skilled at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, setting clear milestones, and delivering on time.
  • Stakeholder Management – Comfortable engaging with senior leaders, cross‑functional teams, and external partners.
  • Technical Acumen – Comfortable working with APIs, data pipelines, and integration points to build or enhance dashboards.
  • Communication & Storytelling – Ability to craft compelling narratives around data and processes for diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability & Resilience – Thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly.

Career Growth & Learning Opportunities

At brighthush, your career trajectory is as dynamic as the industry we serve. You’ll have the chance to:

  • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and training programs to stay ahead of emerging trends.
  • Earn certifications in data analytics, project management, or AI security to bolster your professional profile.
