Why This Role Matters

The Customer Experience (CX) function is the heartbeat of any successful platform. As the Senior CX Systems Architect, you will be the catalyst that turns raw data into actionable insights, streamlines processes across teams, and elevates every touchpoint in the customer lifecycle. Your work will directly influence how thousands of users discover, engage, and succeed on brighthush.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Optimize CX Systems: Architect end‑to‑end customer journey workflows that balance automation with human empathy. Map critical touchpoints from onboarding to renewal, ensuring each step delivers measurable value.
  • Data Governance & Accuracy: Lead initiatives to cleanse, enrich, and standardize customer data across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. Implement validation rules, data quality dashboards, and audit processes.
  • Lifecycle Management: Build and refine lifecycle models that segment users by intent, behavior, and value. Create predictive scoring models to prioritize outreach and retention efforts.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align system enhancements with business objectives. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Process Automation: Identify repetitive, manual tasks and design automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Workato, or custom scripts. Reduce cycle times and free up teams for high‑impact activities.
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and conduct regular reviews to assess the health of the CX ecosystem. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare executive‑level presentations, status reports, and documentation that articulate system performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior analysts and engineers on best practices in data modeling, workflow design, and CX strategy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success operations, CX strategy, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable customer journey solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and data modeling.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and marketing automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, churn reduction, and upsell/cross‑sell strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills—capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, remote environment and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the talent acquisition or SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML techniques for customer segmentation and predictive analytics.
  • Certifications in Salesforce Administration, Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • Background in process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, data pipelines, and ETL tools (e.g., Fivetran, Stitch).

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while managing granular details.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with scripting (Python, JavaScript), data warehouses, and workflow automation.
  • Project Management: Skilled in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding user pain points and translating them into system improvements.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Adaptability: Quick to learn new tools, processes, and market dynamics.
