Role Description The Senior Director role is a full-time remote position responsible for leading strategic initiatives, overseeing key client relationships, and guiding cross-functional teams. This role includes setting vision and priorities for major accounts or service lines, aligning resources, and ensuring delivery of high-impact outcomes. The Senior Director will collaborate with senior leadership to build and refine service offerings, develop growth strategies, and identify new business opportunities. Daily activities may involve reviewing performance metrics, providing direction to managers, mentoring team members, and facilitating decision-making across departments. The role also includes ownership of budget management, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of processes and standards.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles, leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex projects or accounts. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, including setting KPIs, tracking performance, and driving continuous improvement. Strong client-facing skills, with experience in building long-term partnerships, negotiating scope, and managing expectations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and facilitate collaborative decision-making. Experience working in a remote or distributed environment, with strong organizational skills, self-direction, and comfort with digital collaboration tools. Background in technology, digital services, marketing, or consulting is highly beneficial, ideally within an agency or professional services setting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
