Our mission is simple yet powerful: deliver unbeatable value to millions of shoppers while fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and relentless growth.

Why This Role Matters

As the Senior Front‑End Retail Experience Coordinator & Loyalty Program Champion, you will be the heartbeat of our store operations. You will bridge the gap between associates and the brighthush vision, ensuring that every customer interaction is seamless, personalized, and memorable. Your leadership will directly influence store performance, customer retention, and the overall brand perception, making this role pivotal to our continued success. In a retail landscape that is increasingly digital and customer‑centric, the ability to blend in‑store excellence with loyalty program innovation is a strategic advantage that sets brighthush apart.

Use data to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and collaborate with marketing to refine promotion strategies. Conduct in‑store events and digital campaigns that highlight program benefits.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe store environment, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Conduct regular safety briefings, audit store compliance, and work with the safety team to implement best practices.
  • Performance Metrics: Collaborate with management to track key performance indicators (KPIs), support shrink reduction initiatives, and report on progress. Translate data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and elevate store performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, propose solutions, and lead cross‑functional projects when needed. Champion a culture of innovation and operational excellence by staying ahead of retail trends and technology advancements.
