  • Assignment & Scheduling: Allocate cases to appropriate physicians or reviewers based on location, availability, jurisdictional requirements, and conflict‑of‑interest policies.
  • Case Oversight: Monitor case progress, track deadlines, and proactively flag potential bottlenecks to keep the workflow on schedule.
  • Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, clarify referral information, and maintain professional, courteous interactions at all times.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities comply with federal regulations, internal policies, and client agreements; generate and interpret reports to support decision‑making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in special projects, process enhancements, and cross‑functional initiatives to elevate service quality.

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑service or claims environment.
  • Strong understanding of federal NSA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with case‑management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.
