About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Senior Housekeeper to manage and oversee their remote cleaning operations and standards. While this role is fully remote, it requires a strong understanding of cleaning best practices, quality control, and staff management. You will be responsible for setting cleaning protocols, training remote staff through digital platforms, conducting virtual inspections, and ensuring that all client sites maintain impeccable hygiene standards. This position is ideal for a seasoned cleaning professional who can effectively lead and inspire a distributed team using modern communication and management tools, ensuring consistent quality across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and document standardized cleaning procedures and checklists for remote teams. Conduct virtual training sessions for new and existing housekeeping staff on best practices and safety protocols. Perform remote quality assurance checks through video calls and photographic evidence. Manage supply chain logistics for cleaning materials to remote sites, ensuring timely delivery. Analyze feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Act as the primary point of contact for remote cleaning staff, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

Extensive experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or facility management, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory capacity. Demonstrated ability to manage and train staff remotely using digital tools. Strong understanding of sanitation standards, health regulations, and effective cleaning techniques. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with video conferencing software, project management tools, and other remote work technologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively from a home office environment.
