As a senior learning and development consultant on the Center for Talent Development team, you’ll design and deliver learning and career development solutions that support employees, leaders, and business needs across the organization. In this role, you’ll facilitate learning experiences in person, virtually, and in hybrid environments. You’ll also support Career Central and help shape the employee and leader experience by supporting the implementation of Workday’s Career Development Hub. In addition, you’ll partner with stakeholders to assess needs, translate business priorities into practical development solutions, and manage multiple priorities with a high level of independence and flexibility. This is a remote position with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters (300 North Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, Ohio) roughly four to six times per year.

Minimum Qualifications
