What You'll Do

Author complex, high-fidelity reasoning traces that capture how an LLM should plan, use tools, and make decisions across sophisticated technical tasks Design structured traces that document each step of the problem-solving process — from initial planning through execution and self-correction Develop data strategies that help LLMs navigate intricate, real-world decision-making scenarios with greater reliability Review and mentor reasoning trace quality to ensure planning, tool use, and logic are clearly and accurately documented Collaborate with leading AI research teams to align your outputs with training methodologies that push the boundaries of model performance Who You Are Deeply experienced in machine learning, AI research, or a closely related technical field Skilled at decomposing complex problems into clear, logical, well-documented reasoning steps Familiar with how large language models work — including their strengths, failure modes, and training dynamics Rigorous and detail-oriented, with a strong instinct for what makes AI reasoning reliable versus brittle Comfortable working independently and producing structured written outputs at a high standard Experience with advanced LLM evaluation or training methodologies is a strong asset

Nice to Have

Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or model evaluation systems Top-tier Kaggle competition results (Grandmaster or Master level) demonstrating elite-level understanding of model performance and feature engineering Background in applied ML research, AI safety, or RLHF-adjacent workflows Familiarity with agent-based reasoning frameworks or tool-augmented LLM architectures
