For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Content Amplification to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will lead paid amplification efforts that expand the reach of organic content and strengthen brand awareness across digital channels. You will partner closely with performance marketing and creator teams to prioritize high-performing content, manage spend efficiently, and improve awareness outcomes. The position also requires building a disciplined, programmatic approach to boosting that aligns with the content calendar and supports accurate reporting across business areas. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $169,000 – $210,000 annually

Responsibilities

Own and execute the paid amplification strategy to enhance organic content reach. Run boosting across various accounts, prioritizing spend on high-performing content. Build and manage a programmatic amplification engine for real-time performance tracking. Set and oversee the paid boosting budget, forecasting against content opportunities. Split amplification spend and reporting between business lines for accurate awareness attribution. Report on reach, engagement, and share of voice, focusing on brand awareness metrics. Coordinate with Performance Media and Creator & Talent teams for effective content amplification. Qualifications 4+ years in paid social or programmatic media buying focused on reach and awareness (CPM) rather than performance/direct response. Experience in building or operating a programmatic amplification engine based on performance thresholds. Fluency in metrics like reach, non-follower reach, engagement, and share of voice, with a focus on CPM efficiency. Proven ability to manage a paid media budget and forecast spend aligned with a content calendar. Strong judgment to identify and route CPA, CPC, or revenue-share deals to Performance Media.
