For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Service Marketing & Product Management to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will shape the global service growth strategy and commercial roadmap for a complex, customer-facing portfolio. You will lead service marketing and product management efforts that strengthen customer retention, expand service attachment, and improve profitability. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams across product development, commercial operations, pricing, and technical support to ensure strong launch readiness and long-term service performance. Location: Remote Compensation: $170,000 – $195,000 annually

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global service growth strategy and commercial roadmap Manage the global service commercial solutions portfolio, with a focus on customer insights and pricing strategy Lead service participation in New Product Development (NPD) and ensure serviceability and launch readiness Drive growth through service attachment and contract renewal programs Manage service portfolio performance using KPIs and analytics to identify growth opportunities Develop new service offerings that enhance customer value and profitability Lead a global team in executing service strategy and fostering cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field 10+ years of experience in service, aftermarket, or commercial strategy 5+ years of experience managing and developing employees in a global, matrixed organization Experience in service or aftermarket environments, including service contracts and technical support Proven track record developing and executing commercial growth strategies that enhance revenue and customer retention Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing strategies and business case development Experience commercializing service offerings, including customer discovery and launch execution Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments
