Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize Okta identity and access management (IAM) solutions for enterprise clients Lead Okta deployments including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and API Access Management Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Okta platform capabilities, integrations, and best practices Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical IAM solutions Troubleshoot and resolve complex Okta configuration and integration issues Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and runbooks Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on IAM strategy and Okta platform adoption Stay current with Okta product updates, security trends, and Zero Trust frameworks Requirements: 5+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) with hands-on Okta implementation experience Okta Certified Consultant, Administrator, or Developer certification strongly preferred Proficiency in Okta Workforce Identity and/or Customer Identity (CIAM) solutions Experience with SSO protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) Strong understanding of directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD Experience with API integrations, scripting (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript), and REST APIs Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) About Us: Unicon Systems is a trusted technology solutions provider dedicated to delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity and identity management services to businesses across industries.
