About the role

If you are a skilled Product Analyst who has passion to work in a fast-paced environment, have an eye for details and ready to experiment new things, we encourage you to apply and be part of our dynamic and innovative team and organization.

What you will do

  • Partner directly with Product Managers and game designers to define, track, and evolve core product KPIs – activation, retention, engagement, and monetization – across the game’s portfolio;
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and product experiments, collaborating with Product on hypothesis design, metric definition, and interpretation of results;
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of player behavior and product usage to uncover trends, friction points, and opportunities that inform the product roadmap;

  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and self-serve reporting for product KPIs, feature adoption, and player experience metrics;
  • Perform recurring analysis of product and feature performance across markets, operators, and product verticals;

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field;
  • 5+ years of experience in a product analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role, ideally supporting a product or engineering organization. Experience in iGaming or online/mobile gaming is a strong advantage;

  • Working knowledge of statistical methods (regression, segmentation, hypothesis testing) applied to product and behavioural data;
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem solving;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into recommendations that Product Managers and executives can act on;
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and works well independently, while also collaborating effectively as part of a cross-functional team;
  • Business fluency in written and spoken English.

What sets you apart

  • Familiarity with product/event-tracking analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment);
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and the modern data stack (Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt);
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data modelling;
