About Morse & Speak Morse & Speak is transforming how benefits reach the people who need them most. Our platform helps simplify the delivery of healthcare, nutrition, and social benefits through intuitive digital experiences serving members, health plans, government agencies, and enterprise partners across the country. We operate at meaningful scale, supporting a digital experience used by millions of people to access essential benefits. The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead product for one of the most downloaded financial-services apps in the country. You’ll own key areas of the product experience, translate company strategy into a clear roadmap, and work across Product, Engineering, Data, Client Experience, Operations, and go-to-market teams to turn ideas into products that ship and create measurable value. This role is especially focused on increasing member adoption, engagement, and retention while creating a simple, trusted experience for the people who rely on our platform. You’ll work across both consumer and enterprise experiences, using customer insight and data to identify opportunities, make tradeoffs, and focus teams on the work that matters most. You’ll have real ownership—from defining the problem and establishing success criteria through requirements, delivery, launch, and measurement. What You’ll Do Drive member engagement and adoption. Own key parts of the member experience across mobile and web, with a focus on activation, retention, repeat usage, and feature adoption. Lead product strategy and roadmap execution. Translate company priorities and customer needs into clear product priorities and an actionable roadmap. Turn ambiguity into executable product work. Define problems, requirements, success criteria, and key decisions before work enters Engineering. Drive products from discovery through launch. Partner closely with Engineering and Solution Architecture to make informed technical tradeoffs, maintain execution discipline, and reduce avoidable rework. Use data to make better product decisions. Define the metrics that matter, evaluate product performance, run experiments, and turn insights into roadmap decisions. Improve the client experience. Understand the needs of government, healthcare, and enterprise partners and translate those needs into scalable product capabilities and reporting. Build meaningful data products. Help move reporting beyond basic exports toward useful insights that demonstrate program performance, adoption, engagement, and customer outcomes. Lead cross-functionally. Create clarity across Product, Engineering, Data, Client Experience, Operations, Sales/GTM, and other teams required to deliver successful products. Raise the standard for product development. Help establish clear ownership, better requirements, stronger decision-making, and repeatable processes that allow teams to build faster and with less rework. What We’re Looking For Required 4–6 years of Product Management experience owning meaningful features, product areas, or product workstreams. Demonstrated experience driving consumer adoption, engagement, and retention. Strong experience building and managing product roadmaps and making prioritization decisions. Proven ability to turn customer and business problems into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes. Experience working across both B2C and B2B or enterprise product environments. Strong data fluency and comfort defining metrics, analyzing product performance, and working with reporting, APIs, and visualization tools. Enough technical depth to collaborate credibly with Engineering and Solution Architecture. A track record of shipping products and measuring what happened after launch. Strong cross-functional communication, organization, and execution skills. Comfort operating in an environment where the playbook is still being built. Preferred Experience in Government Benefits, EBT/SNAP, Healthcare, Fintech, or another regulated industry. Experience with product-led growth, lifecycle engagement, onboarding, experimentation, or CRM/engagement tooling. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Experience working in an early-stage or scaling organization. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. What We Value Engagement instinct. You care whether customers actually adopt and get value from what ships—not simply whether the feature launched. Product judgment. You know how to prioritize, make tradeoffs, and focus teams on the work that will have the greatest impact. Execution discipline. You close the loop. Decisions become requirements, requirements become shipped products, and shipped products get measured. Customer judgment. You understand that the people using our products often depend on them for essential benefits, and you bring care and thoughtfulness to what we build. Comfort with ambiguity. You can create clarity, structure, and process when the playbook has not yet been written. Collaboration. You work fluidly across Product, Engineering, Data, Client Experience, Operations, and go-to-market teams.
