For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager I (Remote Eligible) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape product vision and strategy for a technology platform with a focus on customer experience, subscription management, and billing workflows. The position partners closely with technical leaders, marketing, sales, and pricing teams to align investments and bring go-to-market plans to life. It also requires a strong data-driven mindset to guide experimentation, evaluate AI opportunities, and communicate roadmap decisions to senior leadership. Location: Remote Compensation: $148,750 – $176,250 annually

Responsibilities

Define product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs Partner with technical and product leaders to align strategy and investment priorities Understand customer subscription management and billing processes Collaborate with marketing, sales, and pricing teams on go-to-market strategies Evaluate AI opportunities to enhance customer experience Present product strategy and roadmap to senior leadership Use data to guide experimentation and product development Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience Experience with high-scale platforms and delivering strong user experiences Data-driven mindset focused on metrics and experimentation Strong presentation skills for influencing senior management Technical degree or equivalent experience working with engineers Comfort using AI tools to enhance work processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills
