About the Opportunity: The SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER, STRATEGIC CLIENT PROGRAMS, leads product initiatives for one of the organization’s largest client accounts. This role is responsible for shaping the client’s program, managing the product lifecycle from client needs to engineering delivery, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The position requires high communication skills and significant influence to drive product success and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Own the client’s product vision and program direction collaboratively. Translate client conversations into clear problems, priorities, and requirements. Prioritize features and write specifications for engineering teams. Communicate feasibility and viability of client requests clearly and manage expectations. Collaborate closely with client success teams to maintain aligned communications. Evaluate platform capabilities and determine when client solutions should integrate into the broader platform. Define success metrics for the program and report outcomes internally and to the client. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 6 years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise or large account products. Outcome-focused with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly. Practical experience using AI tools for product management tasks. Proven experience managing demanding enterprise client relationships. Sound judgment on software feasibility and viability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to produce detailed, actionable product specifications. Effective collaboration with client success and account teams. Strategic thinking about bespoke versus shared platform capabilities. Preferred experience includes healthcare, pharma, specialty pharmacy, patient support programs, customer-embedded product roles, and proficiency with Linear software.
