Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead product discovery, strategy, and delivery for cloud-based voice platforms, Contact Center AI, and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong product ownership experience and hands-on knowledge of Agentic Voice AI, intelligent voice agents, conversation analytics, and voice prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business discovery and independently translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Own end-to-end product delivery, including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, implementation, launch, and continuous optimization. Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, solution architects, and operations to align product goals and delivery. Drive the development of AI-powered voice agents and conversational experiences. Apply voice intelligence, prompt engineering, intent recognition, conversation analytics, and AI-generated summarization to improve customer interactions. Manage product backlogs, define priorities, resolve dependencies, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve contact center efficiency, customer experience, and automation through AI capabilities. Required Qualifications 10+ years of relevant Product Owner or Product Management experience. Strong experience with cloud-based voice, contact center, conversational AI, or CCaaS platforms. Proven ability to lead discovery and translate business needs into actionable product requirements. Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Self-driven, comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Key Differentiators Hands-on experience with Agentic Voice AI implementations and AI-driven voice agents. Experience with voice prompt engineering and conversational experience optimization. Knowledge of conversation analytics, intent recognition, call summarization, and voice intelligence. Experience delivering AI-powered contact center solutions in enterprise environments.
