Role Overview

As a Senior Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be the guardian of our data integrity. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every data point is accurate, consistent, and ready for analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Documenting data entry procedures and contributing to best‑practice guidelines.
• Leveraging data validation tools, macros, and automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Reporting on data quality metrics and recommending process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Participating in cross‑functional workshops to align data practices with business objectives.
• Mentoring junior data entry staff and providing training on new tools and processes.
• Staying current with industry trends in data management, automation, and compliance.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related role.
• Proficiency with brighthush Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with brighthush Workspace.
• Typing speed of ≥60 words per minute with an accuracy rate of ≥99.5%.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for data security.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
