The Americas Business & Sales Operations group acts as a center of excellence for cross-business planning and sales operations transformation, developing programs and systems that enable thousands of sales professionals across the Americas to perform at scale and with precision. About the Opportunity: The SENIOR SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER, BI & TOOLS is responsible for understanding the needs of sales leaders and teams in the Americas, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver scalable reporting and AI-enabled solutions. This role drives improvements in data confidence and accelerates decision-making processes by translating complex business needs into actionable insights, playing a critical role at the intersection of sales, strategy, data, engineering, and operations. Responsibilities: Gather and document complex reporting requirements from stakeholders across sales, finance, engineering, and operations. Translate business questions into clear specifications for data models and dashboards. Identify and implement AI, automation, and advanced analytics solutions to enhance sales operations workflows. Manage intake, prioritization, and resolution of business intelligence issues and reporting enhancements. Establish service level agreements and communication rhythms to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Oversee reporting and tooling initiatives, driving adoption and ensuring actionable insights for sales teams. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field with 5+ years relevant experience, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years experience with business intelligence software or tools. Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design, or related field, or Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years relevant experience. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Base pay range across the U.S. is USD 97,600 to 188,400 annually. In San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area, base pay ranges from USD 125,000 to 206,400 annually. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
