Providing hands-on platform engineering for a Federal Agency, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow capabilities, perform complex remediation, and support integrations while adhering to Agile practices and ensuring platform upgradeability.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, debug, and maintain ServiceNow platform capabilities from approved user stories and technical designs Perform complex Tier 3 remediation and root-cause analysis for application logic, scripts, and integrations Develop reusable enterprise integrations and application logic using REST/SOAP APIs and other approved platform capabilities Required Qualifications Five or more years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments Strong ServiceNow JavaScript/Glide development skills with experience in Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts Experience developing and troubleshooting enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Servers ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications U.S. citizenship and ability to satisfy High Risk IT background-investigation requirements Experience: 7 years required
