We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer / Architect with AI Assist expertise to design and deliver intelligent, scalable enterprise workflows using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate combines deep ServiceNow technical and architectural expertise with hands-on experience in AI-powered capabilities, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions and platform architecture. Develop and customize applications, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions. Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery. Work with Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and intelligent automation where applicable. Integrate AI-powered features with ServiceNow modules and enterprise systems. Configure and develop platform components using JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and relevant ServiceNow tools. Assess business requirements and recommend scalable AI-enabled technical solutions. Follow platform security, governance, performance, and development best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, Technical Lead, or Architect. Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development and solution design experience. Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, preferably Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, or AI-powered workflow automation. Strong knowledge of scripting, integrations, workflow automation, and platform configuration. Ability to design secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise solutions.
