Role Description The Senior Vice President Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for leading LoftMax’s marketing vision and strategy in the interior design and fitout sector. This position oversees the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that support business growth, brand positioning, and client acquisition across commercial and residential segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing market research initiatives, defining target markets, managing brand messaging, and coordinating digital and traditional marketing campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with project pipelines and company objectives, while managing external agencies and partners as needed. The Senior Vice President Marketing is accountable for marketing budget oversight, performance measurement, and continuous optimization of campaigns to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

Strong strategic marketing skills, including Marketing Management and Marketing, with proven experience leading marketing functions at a senior level. Demonstrated expertise in Market Planning, including developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals. Solid background in Market Research, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy. Experience in Public Relations, including managing brand reputation, media relations, and communication strategies. Leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and collaborating effectively with executive stakeholders. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and performance analytics, preferably in design, architecture, or construction-related industries. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, remote environment. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience in interior design, fitout, real estate, or a related sector is highly beneficial.
