Role Description The Senior Vice President Marketing is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for defining and executing the overall marketing strategy for Tawreed Aquaflo Pumps Solutions. This role oversees brand positioning, demand generation, and market expansion across key regions and segments, working closely with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading market planning, guiding market research efforts, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and directing public relations and communications activities. The Senior Vice President Marketing will mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team, manage budgets, collaborate with sales and product teams, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies. The role also includes ownership of digital presence, content strategy, and customer engagement programs to strengthen market visibility and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in strategic Market Planning and Marketing Management, including developing and executing comprehensive marketing roadmaps. Strong background in Market Research and Marketing, with the ability to translate insights into actionable campaigns and positioning. Experience overseeing Public Relations and corporate communications to build brand reputation and stakeholder trust. Proven leadership experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within industrial, engineering, or B2B solutions environments. Ability to lead remote teams, collaborate across functions, and drive results through clear objectives and performance metrics. Advanced skills in digital marketing, brand management, and demand generation, including familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly beneficial. Comfort operating in a remote, fast-paced setting and managing global or multi-region marketing initiatives.
