Role Description The Senior Vice President of Operations at Viaprestige Agency is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance and driving sustainable growth. This position leads cross-functional teams, establishes operational frameworks, and ensures that processes, systems, and resources are aligned with the agency’s strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operational workflows, optimizing resource allocation, monitoring key performance indicators, and coordinating with department leaders to resolve issues and improve efficiency. The role also includes ownership of P&L performance, financial forecasting, and budget oversight, as well as ensuring high standards of customer service and client satisfaction. The Senior Vice President of Operations will collaborate closely with executive leadership on strategic planning initiatives, oversee large-scale projects and change management efforts, and support continuous improvement across all business units.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management experience, including process optimization and cross-functional team leadership. Proficiency in P&L Management, financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting. Background in Customer Service, client relationship management, and service quality improvement. Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning, business planning, and execution of organizational initiatives. Solid Project Management skills, including leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects to completion. Proven experience in a senior operations or executive leadership role, ideally within an agency or services environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a data-informed approach. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed setting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. Experience with operational tools and platforms (e.g., project management, CRM, financial systems) and comfort driving digital transformation.
