Role Description The Senior Vice President of Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across the organization. This position leads the development and execution of operational strategies, ensuring efficient processes, strong financial stewardship, and exceptional service delivery to internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operational teams, optimizing workflows, monitoring key performance indicators, and aligning operations with organizational goals and budgets. The role also involves partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, driving cross-functional projects, and implementing best practices in change management and risk mitigation. The SVP of Operations is expected to foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus, while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and Project Management to lead complex initiatives and optimize organizational processes. Strong experience in P&L Management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance oversight. Proven ability in Strategic Planning to define priorities, set measurable goals, and align operations with long-term organizational objectives. Background in Customer Service, with a focus on service quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and relationship management. Extensive leadership experience managing senior-level teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a remote or distributed environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and act on insights. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for executive-level presentations and collaboration. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. Experience in scaling operations, implementing process improvements, and driving organizational change is highly beneficial.
