Role Description This full-time remote Senior Vice President Services role at IT Park Ventures is responsible for overseeing the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of all services offerings across the organization. The SVP will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement service delivery models, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and optimize operational performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting service objectives and KPIs, reviewing performance dashboards, guiding budgeting and resource allocation, and aligning service initiatives with overall company strategy. The role involves close collaboration with finance, operations, sales, and product teams to develop scalable solutions, manage risk, and drive profitable growth. The SVP will also mentor senior managers, establish best practices, and represent the services organization in executive meetings and key client discussions.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, assess performance trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Expertise in finance and budgeting to manage P&L, forecast revenue and costs, and allocate resources effectively. Proven strategic planning capabilities to define long-term services strategy, set priorities, and align initiatives with business goals. Demonstrated team leadership experience, including leading senior managers, building high-performing teams, and fostering an inclusive culture. Extensive background in services or operations leadership within technology or related industries. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board levels. Experience with remote or distributed teams and modern collaboration tools. Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent senior leadership experience considered.
