Key Responsibilities

• Specification Design & Management: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive finished product specifications—including ingredients, artwork, blend times, speeds, quality controls, pallet configurations, and all related details—in a single, organized system.
• Data Trending & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and visualize performance data to identify leading issues, prioritize improvement efforts, and present insights to cross‑functional teams.
• KPI Leadership: Own the KPI completion process, ensuring accurate, timely reporting that supports the quality team’s efforts to drive co‑manufacturer performance.
• Document Control & Quality System Governance: Lead document control initiatives, establish and enforce world‑class quality system standards, and maintain audit readiness across all product lines.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing to align specifications with product strategy and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications
