Work Schedule: 10–15 hours per week, within Australian business hours (preferably mornings) Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive qualified organic traffic. Paid Media Management: Launch and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a specialized focus on cost-per-CPM optimization. Technical Optimization: Optimize website content, technical structure, and backend elements to ensure maximum search visibility and performance. Algorithm & Trend Monitoring: Stay current with search engine algorithm changes and implement cutting-edge SEO best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics and Google and Meta Paid Ads, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Content Collaboration: Partner with the creative team on Ad content strategy to ensure all output aligns with SEO and SEM requirements and brand positioning.
