Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary :$55k-$65kCompany Description :GXC Inc.is a Certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned and Minority Owned Business Enterprise who specializes in protection of critical assets through the implementation of cutting-edge technology, innovative processes, and adaptation of current protection-based industry standards.Our team is comprised of military veterans and former DHS Executives who understand the evolving requirements of protection and risk mitigation.GXC offers the full spectrum of professional security services, focusing on Armed and Unarmed Protective Security Officer Services, Screening Services, Patrol and Response, Metal Detector and X-Ray Screening Technology, Training, Customer Service, and Personal Protection.Position Summary :The Countermeasure Division Service Coordinator (CDSC) will be responsible for receiving and processing initial requests for service, maintenance, and / or installation of technical countermeasures offered by GXC.The CDSC will be chiefly responsible for scheduling and deconflicting the scheduling of GXCs Countermeasure Technicians with the field service manager and Countermeasure Division Director of Operations; engagement with customers and key stakeholders; the Countermeasure Division Director of Operations, and the Countermeasure Division Administrative Assistant.This position will require constant documentation of process-oriented assessments via a digital communication platform and project management system within Salesforce.These processes are associated with the critical information needed to ensure the effective and timely delivery of service, which directly aligns with the programs performance and functionality.Essential Functions :Opening customer communications to establish installation and site visit dates, while obtaining all necessary information outlined within our standard operating procedure and project management system to establish readiness for installation.Assisting Countermeasure Division Director of Operations, and GXCs field service manager with all scheduling and coordination of countermeasure technician assignments based on a strategic model.Effectively communicating all relevant data to the Countermeasure Division Administrative Assistant for their awareness and documentation within the project management system.Communicating on a weekly basis with the manufacturer on installation / job status.Populating and Maintaining a Salesforce database in tandem with the Countermeasure Division Administrative Assistant, detailing Countermeasure Technician Schedule with the inclusion of the Sales Representative for awareness of all current operations.Qualifications :Associates degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a coordination or service-focused roleProven experience in scheduling, logistics, or service coordination, preferably within a technical, security, or field operations environmentHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectivelyStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, clients, and vendorsDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly and efficiently, both verbally and in writingExperience with Salesforce strongly preferredTech-savvy and comfortable working in digital environments, including video conferencing, scheduling platforms, and documentation toolsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote or hybrid work settingProfessional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindsetCommitment to teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to make sound decisions and follow established procedures with minimal supervisionOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills required.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Neat and professional appearance.Friendly and professional demeanor.Physical and Mental FunctionsFine motor dexterity, ability to work from an electronic device at all timesAbility to learn new tasks and remember processesMaintain focus and independence in a remote working environmentMake decisions and apply established workflows in a timely mannerBe able to manage multiple projects at one timeRespond quickly and effectively to the needs of our clientsGXC Inc.is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, making decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, veteran status, disability, or any other protected class.remote work.
