• Pay Range:$5.00 – $8.00 USD per hour.

• Schedule:Standard US Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours, with the possibility of weekend shifts as needed (advance notice provided).

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support (KPI Target):Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, maintaining a strict 2-minute SLA for response times.

• Dispatching & Logistics:Efficiently manage and dispatch service technicians, optimizing schedules and routes for timely client appointments.

• Data Management:Log service requests, update customer records, and maintain accurate dispatching information across relevant systems in real-time.

• Client Communication:Communicate proactively with clients regarding service status, appointment confirmations, and any potential delays.

• Issue Resolution:Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand trust.

• Team Collaboration:Collaborate directly with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:Proven track record in a customer service or dispatching role, specifically within a service-oriented industry (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

• Technical Proficiency:Direct, hands-on experience and comfort navigating ServiceTitan is strictly required. High proficiency with scheduling tools and standard office applications.

• Communication Skills:Exceptional verbal and written English communication abilities to confidently interact with US-based clients.

• Core Competencies:Strong organizational skills, problem-solving aptitude, and keen attention to detail. Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Remote Infrastructure:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must possess a dedicated, noise-free home office setup equipped with reliable, high-speed internet and a backup power/internet solution.
