Overview: Our client is an established short-term rental property management business that runs a large portfolio of Airbnb listings across two accounts. As a Short-Term Rental & Guest Experience Manager (Airbnb Portfolio) , you will take ownership of day-to-day operations for a portfolio of about 115 Airbnb listings, keeping guests happy and units guest-ready. You will be the central link between the overnight team, cleaning and maintenance staff, and the director. You will also resolve issues independently and help the business regain Superhost status and lift its rating from 4.7 to 4.8. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who loves hospitality and thrives on keeping every detail on track. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day guest communication to keep response times fast and guest satisfaction high Coordinate with the cleaning manager and maintenance manager to keep units guest-ready and issues resolved promptly Track guest damage claims and report them in time to stay within Airbnb's 14-day claim window Review the full account monthly and recommend pricing adjustments to improve occupancy and profitability Facilitate communication between the overnight team, cleaning and maintenance staff, and the director Resolve issues independently and escalate only true emergencies to protect the brand's reputation Must-Have Requirements: 3-4 years of experience managing Airbnb listings , with adaptability to platform changes Hospitality industry background preferred Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills Self-starter who can resolve issues independently with minimal supervision Excellent written communication and guest service skills with a warm, professional tone Leadership ability to coordinate several team members across communication channels
