Join Our Team: Unpaid Internship Electro is a sports nutrition company that makes functional electrolyte gum. NIL partnerships are central to our growth, and college athletes play a key role in bringing the brand to new teams and campuses. This is an unpaid internship. The intern will help identify and recruit NIL athletes on Instagram, manage outreach messages, and keep our athlete pipeline organized. This role is fully remote and flexible around your class schedule. Role Overview Escalate unique requests or issues to the founding team promptly. Support athlete-created social content featuring the brand. Keep the athlete partner database accurate, current, and easy to use. Research NIL trends and identify athletes with growing social audiences. Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using internal guidelines.

Qualifications

Students in sports management, marketing, or communications are encouraged to apply. Ability to manage a high volume of daily communication. Strong written English and communication skills.
