About The Role We are seeking a Software Engineer to develop and maintain full-stack applications spanning user interfaces, backend services, and cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, quality assurance professionals, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable software. You will contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from translating product and design requirements into working applications to supporting deployments and investigating issues. This is a remote position, and candidates must be able to work effectively with teams and stakeholders during Central U.S. business hours. The anticipated salary range is $95,000 to $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience, and at least three years of full-stack software development experience. You bring strong knowledge of .NET, C#, REST APIs, and JSON, along with practical experience building backend services and working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. You understand relational database design and have experience with SQL and/or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, source control, and continuous integration and delivery practices is important. You are comfortable working in an Agile environment, communicating across disciplines, and participating in collaborative development. Experience with Docker or Kubernetes, as well as knowledge of mobile application deployment through the Apple App Store or Google Play, is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET and C#. Develop responsive user-facing applications by translating Figma designs into accessible, functional interfaces. Deploy and support applications across AWS and Azure environments, including services such as Amazon S3. Design, maintain, and optimize SQL and PostgreSQL databases to support performance, reliability, and evolving product needs. Use Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD workflows, helping ensure consistent and dependable delivery. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning, contributing thoughtful recommendations and maintainable solutions. Work with QA and engineering colleagues to support test automation, identify defects, troubleshoot performance concerns, and resolve production or development issues. Partner with design and product stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate progress, and deliver solutions that meet user and business needs.
