About the Opportunity: The SOFTWARE DEVELOPER is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing software systems that support mission operations and system management in a complex federal environment. This role contributes directly to the organization's ability to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions that advance government missions and operational goals. Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain software components supporting mission-critical workflows Debug and troubleshoot software issues under senior guidance Implement enhancements, features, and bug fixes following coding standards and configuration management Collaborate with systems engineers and developers to understand requirements and ensure technical accuracy Support integration and deployment across development, test, and operational environments Participate in code reviews and contribute to process and team improvements Maintain accurate technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent experience Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript Exposure to cloud technologies, containerization, or DevSecOps concepts Active Top Secret clearance or higher Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range for this position in specified states is $94,000 to $187,600 USD Benefits & Perks: Medical insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
