We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to support an enterprise-level Recall Modernization initiative. This project involves integrating a third-party SaaS platform with multiple internal business areas. The ideal candidate is a self-directed developer with strong C#/.NET, SQL, JavaScript, and Microsoft Azure experience who can analyze existing solutions, develop and maintain high-quality code, and support the delivery of reliable software applications.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing applications and solutions to determine how best to meet business requirements. Develop, modify, and implement software applications using C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, and Microsoft Azure resources. Support integrations with third-party SaaS platforms and internal business systems. Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and reliable code. Create and maintain unit tests within .NET applications. Participate in software testing, including test review, analysis, and validation. Work independently to plan and complete development tasks and resolve technical challenges. Adopt relevant AI development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to improve efficiency, code quality, and productivity. Document code changes, enhancements, and technical solutions. Communicate new functionality and changes to the support team to facilitate ongoing maintenance and support. Support software application installation, implementation, and maintenance as needed. Required Qualifications 7–10 years of relevant software development experience. Strong experience with C# and .NET application development. Experience developing and working with SQL. Experience with JavaScript. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure resources. Experience creating unit tests for .NET applications. Ability to analyze existing systems and translate business needs into technical solutions. Ability to work independently and manage development tasks through completion. Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Willingness to learn and adopt AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot. Experience integrating third-party SaaS platforms with internal enterprise applications. Experience supporting enterprise-level modernization initiatives. Familiarity with software testing, application support, and ongoing maintenance. Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to improve development workflows.
