Software Developer / Data Scientist / Computer Scientist (Remote)Job LocationsUSID2025-1799CategoryCore IT Svc.TypeRegular Full-TimeOverviewISHPI Information Technologies, Inc.(DBA ISHPI) is dedicated to delivering technical solutions that meet our customers' business needs.Through collaborative interactions with customers, team members, subject matter experts (SMEs), technical leaders, and partners, we design practical solutions that solve real problems for major government and business organizations.As a member of our group, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering innovative business solutions that leverage emerging technologies through proven, successful methods.ResponsibilitiesThe Software Developer / Data Scientist / Computer Scientist (Remote) will Use / Modify / Create relational databases, queries, reports to track project management metrics.Generate reports in PowerBI for command dashboards for multiple audiences.Implement requirements as designated by NSWCPD Cyber Stakeholders including Chief of Cybersecurity, NSWCPD A&A Team, Dept and Divisional Cyber Leads.Modify existing Dataverse databases to include additional columns, dashboards, reports, etc.Write, Troubleshoot, Monitor Power Automate Flows to provide automated notifications to NSWCPD users given a set of requirements.Create technical documentation including design documents, user guides, etc.for end users of the application(s).Assist with administering user accounts within the application, assign licenses, monitor application usage.Virtually attend several weekly meetings to support different stakeholder groups in collecting user stories and feedback.Will coordinate during weekly sprint sessions and daily standups.QualificationsEducation :Bachelor's degree in Software, Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, Mathematics or a BS STEM degree from an accredited university.A concentration in computer science is highly desired.Work Experience :Required five (5) years of related experience.Must Haves :Experience with using, modifying, and creating relational databases, queries, reports to track project management metrics.Experience with generating reports in PowerBI for command dashboards for multiple audiences.Ability to implement requirements as designated by NSWCPD Cyber Stakeholders including Chief of Cybersecurity, NSWCPD A&A Team, Dept and Divisional Cyber Leads.Ability to modify existing Dataverse databases to include additional columns, dashboards, reports, etc.Ability to write, troubleshoot, monitor Power Automate Flows to provide automated notifications to users given a set of requirements.Ability to create technical documentation including design documents, user guides, etc.for end users of the application(s).Self starter, able to work independently given a backlog of tasks and prioritization.Nice to Have :Familiarity with PowerBI, would be nice to have experience with PowerApps and PowerAutomateCertification :Ability to obtain and maintain one of the following certifications :CCNA-Security, CySA+, SecurityCE, GICSP, GSEC, CND or SSCP.Security Clearance :Requires U.S.Citizenship and an active government security clearance.Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc.is an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified candidates will be considered without regard to legally protected characteristics.Pay Rate :The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000.Please note that any salary information disclosed is a general guideline only.Ishpi considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Expression of Interest :By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.Should this match be identified, you may be contacted for this and future openingcj.
