To build an intelligent Application Troubleshooting and Observability Platform, the full-time remote Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python, while implementing integrations with various cloud and observability platforms. Key responsibilities Design and maintain an Application Troubleshooting and Observability Platform, ensuring a unified view of application health and performance Develop data ingestion pipelines and correlation engines to process telemetry data and identify operational issues Implement integrations with monitoring, observability, and ITSM platforms using REST APIs and event-driven architectures Required qualifications 6+ years of software development experience, with strong programming skills in Python or a similar language Proficient in REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations, along with experience in SQL and/or KQL Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably WCNP/Azure, and understanding of software development lifecycle and CI/CD Experience with AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI Knowledge of agent frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, or LangChain is preferred Experience: 10 years required
