About the Role

GovCIO is seeking a Software Engineer – AI Applications & ServiceNow to design, build, deploy, operate, and maintain secure, production-grade applications incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI capabilities within U.S. government cloud environments. This fully remote position requires a hands-on software engineer who can take AI-enabled solutions from initial concepts and prototypes through production deployment and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop secure applications incorporating AI, machine learning, and generative AI capabilities. Build and deploy production-grade applications within U.S. government cloud environments. Take AI-enabled solutions from concept and prototyping through production implementation. Operate and maintain deployed applications to support ongoing performance and reliability. Apply software engineering practices to develop secure, production-ready solutions involving AI applications and ServiceNow.
