Role Description The Solutions Engineer intern will support the design, configuration, and delivery of technical solutions that align with customer needs and Prospura’s platform capabilities. This remote internship role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assist with solution design, and help implement integrations with client systems. Day-to-day tasks include supporting software configuration, contributing to technical documentation, preparing demos and proof-of-concept environments, and assisting with troubleshooting during onboarding and post-implementation. The intern will also participate in client calls, help translate business requirements into technical specifications, and learn best practices for solution architecture within an AIaaS environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Software Development to support configuration, scripting, and basic customization of the Prospura platform. Candidates should possess skills in Consulting and Presales to help understand client requirements, participate in solution design discussions, and contribute to technical presentations. Candidates should possess skills in Sales to collaborate with go-to-market teams, support value-focused demos, and communicate technical benefits in clear business terms. Candidates should possess skills in Integration to assist with connecting Prospura to existing technology stacks, APIs, and legacy systems. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, SaaS architectures, and basic data workflows is beneficial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Interest in AI, automation, and service business operations, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
