Job Title: Special Counsel (Real Estate Finance) Location: Manhattan, NY Salary: $300,000 - $350,000 + Bonus Our client, one of the oldest law firms in the US, is looking to add senior strength to its 50+ attorney real estate practice in New York. The firm has played a historic role in American legal history and carries that legacy into a sophisticated practice advising clients across the US. They're seeking a Special Counsel with deep experience in commercial real estate finance , particularly on the lender side, to join a busy, collaborative team handling high-value transactions across the full real estate lifecycle. The practice advises developers, lenders, investors, and sponsors on some of the most complex real estate deals in the country. With deal flow continuing to grow across the NYC commercial real estate market, the firm needs a senior Attorney who can take ownership of transactions from day one.
