In this role, you will meet with local families and retirees who have recently established a living trust to review their estate plans and implement principal-protected, "safe money" retirement income solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-person, consultative appointments with pre-qualified clients who have active living trusts. Analyze client financial profiles to identify gaps in retirement income, market exposure, and capital preservation. Design and present tailored Fixed Indexed Annuity (FIA) and safe-money income strategies to protect wealth and guarantee lifetime income. Collaborate with our dedicated internal processing and case-design teams to streamline application submission and policy delivery. Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering an exceptional client experience across your territory. Candidate Qualifications: Active Life Insurance Producer’s License (Required). 5+ years of active experience specializing in Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIAs) and retirement income planning. Demonstrated track record of $2M+ in annual FIA production (or equivalent top-tier sales volume). Strong consultative closing skills with an empathetic, client-first communication style. Comfortable working in an independent, commission-based 1099 structure with uncapped income potential.
