For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Revenue Architect to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead a high-performing team focused on enterprise revenue transformation, value realization, and customer outcome strategy. You will partner closely with senior GTM leaders and internal cross-functional teams to guide complex customer engagements and improve revenue performance. The position blends people leadership, strategic customer-facing work, and measurable business impact across enterprise accounts. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $181,000 – $239,000 annually

Responsibilities

Recruit, lead, and coach a high-performing team focused on strategy and value realization Design and execute revenue transformation strategies in partnership with senior GTM leaders Guide the team in mapping customer processes to AI-driven workflows that improve revenue outcomes Drive initiatives that promote adoption across enterprise customer teams Empower the team to quantify business outcomes and demonstrate ROI Manage renewal strategies and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support growth Ensure a seamless customer experience by partnering with internal teams across the organization Qualifications 2+ years of direct people management experience in B2B SaaS roles such as Customer Success or Account Management 6-10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as CSM or Implementation Experience working with Financial Services or Healthcare customers is essential Proven ability to coach teams in managing relationships with senior stakeholders Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly at the leadership level Data-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes and KPIs Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
