We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to oversee recruiting operations, manage applicant tracking systems, and coordinate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership. This is a recruiting operations position rather than a hands-on recruiting role. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions, stakeholders, and recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), including requisitions, candidate records, and talent pools. Coordinate recruiting activities between hiring managers, recruiters, and HR leadership. Monitor recruiter workloads and assist with requisition distribution. Serve as a point of contact for external staffing agencies. Compile weekly recruiting activity reports and track team performance. Maintain organized recruiting workflows and ensure timely communication across teams. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, or a related role. Hands-on experience managing an ATS, requisitions, and candidate pipelines. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Experience coordinating with hiring managers and multiple internal stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology. Experience with UKG Ready Recruiting is strongly preferred. Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
