GlobalLogic is a Hitachi Group Company. About This Opportunity Globallogic is seeking a Mobile Tech Lead with intimate familiarity with mobile platforms to join our team. Our Android & iOS Engineers are engaged in the full spectrum of product development, working with a team to write great software and build engaging products. Do you have the technical and relational skills to build business-critical applications with a high-performing, cross-functional team? We generally operate with small teams working closely together on a wide variety of projects that range from a mobile solution for servicing and application for a credit card to charge disputes applications. We have products in production today built with a range of platforms. We are not precious about our technology selection, but choose the best for the problem. Our web stack today includes Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin and Compose. You want the app to compete with other native apps on every level; from building compelling experiences to maintenance, usability, and distribution. Regardless of what device you use for daily use, you strongly believe that testing, supporting, and encouraging use of all devices is core to the current and future success of the mobile. You are a human first, a developer second. You are willing and able to partake in and lead communication with project stakeholders. You should be able to explain technical constraints to both technical and non-technical audiences. Our client is an American leader in the consumer financial services industry with a top initiative to transform the integration of multiple Digital and Operations platforms. Traditionally, these applications have run in separate channels, but multiple workstreams have been identified that they want to move into the Digital Channel/integrate with existing products. All products will be developed in Swift on iOS and Kotlin on Android. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience working on large development projects Provide general internal developer community support Connect with other leads to enhance Tech Lead support and understand different approaches Experience using Kotlin, Compose and/or Swift SwiftUI Get equally excited about great UI and business logic layer design and architecture Can articulate the difference between progressive enhancement and graceful degradation Could have a conversation about the importance of animation in an interface Work well with others in a highly collaborative team environment Love the journey as much as the destination Stay current with evolving mobile tools like Kotlin Multiplatform and Bitrise For information on how we process your personal data please see Privacy.
