- Agile Delivery – Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives; translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proof‑of‑Concept & Feasibility – Lead rapid prototyping to validate new features, data pipelines, or third‑party integrations before committing to full development.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with product managers, UX designers, data scientists, and business analysts to refine feature scope, prioritize backlog, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Quality & Performance – Champion code quality, automated testing, performance tuning, and security best practices across all layers of the stack.
- Continuous Learning – Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes that impact health data and reporting.

- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and feature‑flagging skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud‑native architecture.
- Background in Platform as a Service (PaaS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) development.
- Familiarity with data‑centric services such as Kafka, Spark, or BigQuery.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
