Executive Recruiter – Government Recruitment Company: Starbucks Location: New Hampshire, USA Salary: $20/hour Education: Bachelor’s Degree Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end government recruitment, ensuring continuous and differentiated results for stakeholders. Proactively identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and clarify role specifications and priorities. Build relationships with management to refine candidate profiles and requirements. Maintain proactive communication and scheduling for candidates, acting as liaison between candidates and leaders. Pipeline talent in alignment with government succession priorities and market trends. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in government recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or related search functions. Strong sourcing, networking, talent screening, process facilitation, negotiation, and deal‑closing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior leaders. Experience recruiting across multiple functions is a plus.
